Shontelle Walton was born on the small island of Barbados, form the parish of St. John ,on June 26, 1983. Shontelle always knew that she wanted to design, and from an early age began to freely show her artistic side in every thing she touched. Shontelle started her apprenticeship as a Fur Designer at the age of 18yrs and did so for 5yrs to follow. She then went on to mastering the art of Bridal Design. Shontelle studied both the design and business aspects of the fashion Industry. Her understanding of the female body and the manipulation of Class while still portraying extreme sex appeal show in her work.
In Jan 2006 she designed the very controversial leather 60s inspired sexy costume, for Mallika Sherawat cover of Maxim for the month of January 2007. According to Maxim, this was their boldest photo-shoot ever.
